In Good Hands was created with one goal in mind:

Co-founded by Teodora and Stefan, both seasoned professionals with extensive backgrounds in hospitality, property management, and concierge services, our mission is to provide trusted support for busy professionals, families, and seasonal residents across the Tampa Bay area.
Our mission is simple: to deliver reliable, high-quality home watch and concierge services that make life easier. From routine property inspections and storm preparation to personalized errands, pet care, and lifestyle support, we handle the details so you can focus on what matters most.

Our Expert Team
Stefan
is a hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience managing luxurious hotels and high-rise residences. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Stefan relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida, five years ago. He holds a degree in Hospitality and Business Management from the University of Massachusetts. Stefan has also worked as a Government Contractor for FEMA, conducting home inspections across the United States following natural disasters including the recent hurricanes that have impacted Florida.
Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships, Stefan co-founded In Good Hands Home Watch & Concierge Services with his business partner, Teodora, after over a decade in corporate roles. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, working out, cooking, reading, and spending time at the beach with friends and family.
Teodora
is a co-founder of In Good Hands Home Watch & Concierge Services, combining over 10 years of marketing experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management. Originally from Serbia, Teodora moved to St. Petersburg, Florida, five years ago and quickly developed a deep connection to the local community. Alongside her business partner, Stefan, a hospitality professional with 15 years of property management experience, Teodora founded In Good Hands to offer clients exceptional peace of mind and personalized care for their properties.
With an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, Teodora leverages her marketing expertise to tailor each service to the unique needs of every homeowner. Teodora and Stefan’s shared dedication to building trust and delivering reliable, high-quality home watch services gives clients peace of mind, knowing their homes are safe and meticulously cared for in their absence. In her free time, Teodora enjoys staying active, running, reading, going to seminars and exploring the best of St. Pete, continually inspired by the clients and community she serves.
