What Each Visit Includes
- Verify that all doors and windows are properly secure to minimize the chance of break-ins.
- Check for evidence of water leaks or damage, and check for visual signs of mold and mildew.
- Visual inspection for signs of rodents and/or pest infestation.
- Run faucets, sink disposals, shower and flush toilets to keep plumbing in good condition.
- Verify/update thermostat temperature as requested by the client.
- Check that the main water valve is turned off after inspection (unless otherwise requested by the client).
- Check the electrical panel for tripped breakers and verify the electric water heater breaker is turned off.
- Perform visual inspections throughout the property, including the lanai and garage.
- Walk the exterior perimeter of single-family homes to check pool conditions, screening, and signs of vandalism.
- Homewatch Inspection Report completed during each home watch inspection.
- Immediate reporting to the client of any abnormalities found.
- Plant watering, if requested and if time allows within the inspection window.
- Property walk-throughs, verifying all aspects of the property are inspected.
- Mail and package retrieval for homeowners.
- Removal of trash, door hangers, flyers, and newspapers to maintain property appearance.
